Jason Meeker, MD
Dr. Meeker was born in Tacoma and raised in Puyallup, Washington. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2007 with a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. Dr. Meeker received his medical training at West Virginia University School of Medicine where he also completed his internship and residency. Dr. Meeker joined Puyallup Dermatology in 2017. Dr. Meeker is board certified in dermatology. He treats all diseases of the skin, hair and nails and has a special interest in making sure patients are heard and taken care of. Dr Meeker received the 2020 Presidential Citation Award from the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) for his work with the AAD’s AccessDerm program. AccessDerm allows doctors of underserved populations to have access to a consulting dermatologist when distance, finances, or insurance does not allow it.
Dr. Meeker is proud to have received his Eagle Scout award as well as being the most improved swimmer on the Puyallup High School Swim team. He has served extensively in his church in various roles counseling, leading, and teaching in individual, small group, and large group settings with both youth and adults. He values variety and individuality in people and strives to meet people where they are so that all can be edified and grow together.
He is happily married with four daughters and enjoys singing, gardening, mountain biking, serving in his church, and spending time with his family.
